If the amount of characters you could use for an image name would take it I would have called this image “The philosophical no-mans-land between entry and exit” or something like that For some reason it reminds me of the “Oracle” philosophy from the Matrix movies that paraphrased means that all decisions and choices are made instantly and the sensation of not knowing what to do is actually our brain coming to understand the decision that we have actually already made
FYI: There is a shit load of different ways to spell “No Man’s Land” so no picking on the one I chose to use
Model: Sio, I actually wondered when we were shooting this is if Sio felt outside her comfort zone, perhaps she will comment and remove any confusion
Hair & Make Up: By Model Location: The grimy upstairs venue room at The Jubilee Brisbane, QLD Australia
Tools of the trade: Nikon D700, available light and high ISO
This is such a powerful photo. The title is also so suggestive.Suggestive of the fact that this woman is tired of men and is hurt and alone. The pose, and the way she is sitting outside an open door makes one think of what she might have gone through, what she is about to,or would have to later on.I enjoyed this photo and must congratulate you on taking such an amazing photo.
